The physical leasing, rental, site deployment, maintenance, safety guidelines, damage liability, and return obligations of Translite Scaffolding LTD equipment are strictly governed by a separate, standalone Rental Agreement or Commercial Contract executed between Translite and the
client. This website’s Terms of Use do not substitute, override, or amend any clauses within such physical rental agreements.
6. Quotations, Enquiries, & Data Usage
Any quotation, proposal, or project estimate provided through this Platform or associated communication channels is subject to review, availability, project requirements, and final approval by Translite Scaffolding LTD. Submission of an enquiry or Request for Quote (RFQ) does not create a binding contractual obligation.

7. Export Controls & International Use

•Liability Cap: Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the maximum aggregate liability of Translite Scaffolding & Formwork for any claim arising out of or connection with the website use, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall be limited to a maximum nominal amount of ₹5,000 INR (or its equivalent currency) for website-only users, or the actual amount paid by the user to Translite for the specific online service in dispute.

Translite Scaffolding LTD. shall not be held liable or responsible for any failure, delay, or disruption in fulfilling enquiries, providing services, or maintaining Platform availability caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God,
war, labor strikes, raw material shortages, supply chain disruptions, government regulations, or widespread cyber-attacks.
